Anthony O'Donnell started with Goddard & Gibbs in East London as Studio Manager. He moved on to be the Studio Manager at a Stained Glass company in Birmingham 2006.

Bryan Paveley started with Goddard & Gibbs Ltd in 1988, and has a total of 20 years of experience in stained glass. At G&G he has been involved in numerous prestigious projects in the UK and overseas, including Baltic Exchange, EuroDisneyland, Standard Central Bank in Hong Kong, "High and Low Art" exhibition at the MOMA. Concurrent to this, Bryan has undertaken a BSc (Hons) Conservation and Restoration and an MA in Art History. Recently he has managed project such as Cunard's Queen Victoria, working with interior designers to create a series of neo-classical windows and roof lights for the cruise liner, and the restoration of the large Venetian windows and lantern dome at Valentine's Mansion.

Jon Watson started his career with Architectural Glass in Birmingham in 1995. During his time there he was involved in restoring the National Trust property Mendips, John Lennon's childhood home. He also managed several glazing projects on Grade 2 listed buildings, including Tipton Old Library and Nechalls Victorian Swimming Baths. Jon joined a prestigious Stained Glass company in 2007. As well as working on a variety of UK projects, he was responsible for all site survey and fitting work in the USA.

Anthony O'Donnell is responsible for managing the accounts and the marketing of the company and liaising with clients. Bryan Paveley and Jon Watson will be responsible for tendering new contracts, project management, manufacture, restoration and conservation.

Ark Stained Glass & Leaded Lights Limited strives to produce and deliver the highest standard of work, from large scale projects through to small private commissions. We believe that all projects, regardless of budget or size, should receive the same level of attention, which means there will always be a project manager on site, working on and supervising the work.
